At such time, <br />no construction on the site not already started may be <br />commenced until mitigation measures are taken to return <br />those intersections to LOS C. Mitigation measures could <br />include the construction of the Sto~ieridge interchange <br />or the use of van pooling, staggering hours of operation, <br />public transportation or other transportation programs <br />which would reduce overall traffic levels. <br />57. That all recommendations contained in the 7/30/81 <br />Noise Assessment Study from Edward L.
