- 59. That the Stoneridge Drive frontage of this development <br />shall be designed to provide for an additional westbound <br />lane from the 680 interchange to Stoneridge Mall Road. <br />A portion of this additional lane shall be constructed <br />with this development to provide for a right turn <br />deceleration lane onto Stoneridge Mall Road. The remainder <br />would be constructed with the Future interchange. The <br />new section shall provide for a minimum width of 39 feet <br />from curb to curb and a minimum width of 18 feet from <br />curb to new property line. This would require a curb <br />relocation of 5 feet; and 7 feet of additional right-of-way <br />dedication. The 18 feet from curb to property line would <br />provide for an 8 foot wide planting-utility area from <br />face of curb to edge of walk, an 8 foot wide bike/ped way, <br />and 2 feet clear horizontal from edge of walk to the sound <br />wall or toe of bank at new property line. The developer <br />shall enter into a secured agreement to construct <br />this improvement upon written notification from the City <br />Engineer that traffic conditions warrant the construction. <br />That Stoneridge Mall Road frontage of this development <br />shall be designed to provide for 14 foot wide right turn <br />deceleration lanes into RW-2 and RW-1. Curb return radii <br />shall be sufficient to provide for truck turning movements. <br />60. The intersection of Stoneridge Mall Road with RW-2 shall <br />be subject to detailed City review with regard to redesign <br />to provide for safe turning movements, realignment of thru <br />lanes on Stoneridge Mall Road, and intersection signalization. <br />In the event that a signal is required, the developer shall <br />pay for the design and installation. <br />
