Utilities will be constructec' <br />.~ithin the new right-of-way where necessary, subject to specific condit~ <br />and requirements. <br />11. Growth-Inducing Impact <br />The proposed modifications are intended to improve circulation & access <br />to existing & approved uses and, as such, this would not he growth--induc <br />in nature as additional development would be subject to other factors and <br />considerations. <br />12. Energy Impacts ' <br />The proposed modifications are intended to provide a more efficient <br />circulation system and would marginally reduce vehicle related energy <br />consumption. <br />13. Aesthetic Impacts <br />Site development will be subject to the City's design review process. <br />Because of the visibility of the site from one of the. City's major <br />arterials and the proximity to other business park areas, structure design, <br />landscaping, lighting should be considered. Addi-tional landscaping is <br />proposed for the new roadway section, <br />14. Impacts on Archaeological or Historical Sites <br />No known sites are present.
