9• That the haul route for all materials to and from <br />this development be approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to approval of the final map or the start of <br />any construction. <br />10. That the developer submit an erosion and sedimenta- <br />tion control plan as part of the improvement plans <br />prior to the approval of the final map. <br />11. That the developer submit a dust control plan <br />as part of the improvement plans prior to approval <br />of the final map. <br />12. That storm drainage pipe,.swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls <br />and channels not within the area of a dedicated public <br />street or approved public service easement be privately <br />maintained by the property owners or through an associa- <br />tion approved by the City. <br />13• That approval of the water supply and distri- <br />bution system be withheld pending final design <br />and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br />system meets both the immediate and long range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />14. That the developer comply with any and all <br />applicable requirements of the cross-connections <br />control and backflow prevention device programs <br />required by the California Administrative Code, <br />Title 17. <br />15. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br />City connection fees and the meter cost prior to <br />Council approval of the development for any water <br />meters (irrigation meters) not directly related <br />to a building permit. <br />16. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />17. That approval for the number, type and location <br />of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design, <br />review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />A-2 <br />
