EXHIEIT "A" <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 2187 <br />June 24, 1982 <br />That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 4914 on file with the City. <br />2,. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to <br />the City over those parcels shown on the tentative <br />map as public service easements (P.S.E.) and as may <br />be required by the City. Engineer during final design. <br />3. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and review <br />by the City Engineer. <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for the proposed street name prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br />5. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed <br />~- within this development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer. <br />6. That a detailed grading and drainage plan and all <br />supporting information and design criteria be <br />submitted as part of the improvement plans for the <br />development. <br />That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines be set <br />at 0.58 unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />Grades less than 0.58 down to 0.38 shall require special <br />approval, submittal of as-built grade sheets, and con- <br />trolled flow testing. <br />That all existing wells, septic tanks or holding <br />tanks on the site be properly sealed, filled and <br />abandoned prior to the start of grading operations <br />unless Zone 7 retains specific wells for observation <br />wells, or special approval is obtained from the City <br />En ineer for temporary use of an existing well for <br />9 <br />construction water. <br />
