r <br />l <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />_ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAP4EDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2187 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANT ON APPROVING TRACT 4914, <br />VERMILLION DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Vermillion Development Company has applied for <br />tentative subdivision approval for 21 lots on <br />approximately 2.3 acres of land located on the <br />north side of the Del Valle Parkway, just west <br />of Valley Community Church; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (.Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 24,.1982 the <br />Planning Commission received and considered all <br />public testimony, pertinent exhibits and recommendation <br />of the staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this application to be <br />in conformance with the PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tentative Map Tract 4914, Vermillion Development <br />Company subject to conditions shown on Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 24th day of June 1982 by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 24, 1982 `- <br />ATTEST: <br />'~ IFS <br />_ Robert J.
