That storm drainage pipes, swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls <br />and channels not within the area of a dedicated public <br />street or public service easement be privately maintained <br />by the property owner(s) or through an association approved <br />by the City. <br />10. That approval of the water supply and distribution system <br />be withheld pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />that the proposed system meets both the immediate and long <br />range requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />11. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 <br />* and .City connection fees and the meter cost prior <br />to Council -final map approval of the development <br />for any water meters (irrigation meters) not directly <br />related to a building permit. <br />12. That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of <br />record within the development unless otherwise approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br />13. That approval for the number, type, and location of fire <br />hydrants be withheld pending final design, review by the <br />Fire Marshal, and final review by the City Engineer. <br />14. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld <br />pending final design and until the developer has demon- <br />strated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />proposed system is adequate, connects to an approved point <br />of discharge, and meets both the immediate and long range <br />requirements of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />15. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to <br />each lot of record within the development unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />*amended at 5/20/81 Planning Commission meeting. <br />
