3. No alcoholic beverages allowed anywhere on school grounds. Alcoholic <br /> beverages permitted inside the theater lobby only by permission of the <br /> Department of Parks and Community Services. No alcoholic beverages may <br /> be stored overnight in the Amador Theater. <br /> <br />4. Beverages limited to soft drinks, coffee, tea, and wine. Lessee is <br /> responsible for securing all necessary permits from A.B.C. <br /> <br />5. Any break-in of any locked or secured area may result in forfeiture of <br /> further use of the facility and/or payment of a fine. <br /> <br />6. No exchange of permits or facility keys is allowed. <br /> <br />7. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the theater, lobby, support wing, <br /> restrooms or dressing room area except in designated smoking areas. <br /> Smoking is not allowed on school property which includes the school <br /> grounds. <br /> <br />8. Seats are to be used as intended; no sitting on backs of seats, standing <br /> on seats, etc. <br /> <br />9. The facility and equipment is to be left in the same condition that it <br /> was in prior to use. Under no circumstances may equipment or facilities <br /> be removed or altered. Structural or electrical changes may not be <br /> made. <br /> <br />10. No decorations, signs or attachments whatsoever are to be applied within <br /> the Theater except by special permission. This includes but is not <br /> limited to cellophane adhesives, nails, screws and staples. <br /> <br />11. Working access to the stage is from the Support Wing only. <br /> <br />12. No advertising shall be exhibited, no petitions circulated, and no <br /> solicitation or sales made in the building or on the grounds without <br /> written permission from the Chief of Police, the Department of Parks and <br /> Community Services, and the Pleasanton Unified School District except as <br /> associated directly with the performance. <br /> <br />13. Designated dressing rooms to be used as intended. <br /> <br />14. Vehicles are to comply with existing parking requlations as governed by <br /> the Education Code. Vehicles are allowed on campus for loading and <br /> unloading only by special arrangement with the Department of Parks and <br /> Community Services. <br /> <br />15. Under no circumstances will an individual group declare possession of all <br /> or parts of the Amador Theater for their own use. <br /> <br />16. All users are responsible for seeing to it that all members of their <br /> group comply with the rules and regulations regarding the Amador Theater, <br /> and will be self-governing in this respect. The lessee will be held <br /> responsible for any violation(s) of this agreement. <br /> <br />17. Technician must be supplied by City unless technician supplied by group <br /> is trained and checked out in equipment use, and cleared for use by City <br /> Staff. Tallescope use is to be granted only upon successful completion <br /> of a short training session on its features and safety requirements by an <br /> approved Technician. <br /> <br /> <br />
