3. No alcoholic beverages allowed anywhere on school grounds. Alcoholic beverages permitted inside the theater lobby only by permission of the Department of Parks and Community Services. No alcoholic beverages may be stored overnight in the Amador Theater. 4. Beverages limited to soft drinks, coffee, tea, and wine. Lessee is responsible for securing all necessary permits from A.B.C. 5. Any break-in of any locked or secured area may result in forfeiture of further use of the facility and/or payment of a fine. 6. No exchange of permits or facility keys is allowed. 7. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the theater, lobby, support wing, restrooms or dressing room area except in designated smoking areas. Smoking is not allowed on school property which includes the school grounds. 8. Seats are to be used as intended; no sitting on backs of seats, standing on seats, etc. 9. The facility and equipment is to be left in the same condition that it was in prior to use. Under no circumstances may equipment or facilities be removed or altered. Structural or electrical changes may not be made. 10. No decorations, signs or attachments whatsoever are to be applied within the Theater except by special permission. This includes but is not limited to cellophane adhesives, nails, screws and staples. 11. Working access to the stage is from the Support Wing only. 12. No advertising shall be exhibited, no petitions circulated, and no solicitation or sales made in the building or on the grounds without written permission from the Chief of Police, the Department of Parks and Community Services, and the Pleasanton Unified School District except as associated directly with the performance. 13. Designated dressing rooms to be used as intended. 14. Vehicles are to comply with existing parking requlations as governed by the Education Code. Vehicles are allowed on campus for loading and unloading only by special arrangement with the Department of Parks and Community Services. 15. Under no circumstances will an individual group declare possession of all or parts of the Amador Theater for their own use. 16. All users are responsible for seeing to it that all members of their group comply with the rules and regulations regarding the Amador Theater, and will be self-governing in this respect. The lessee will be held responsible for any violation(s) of this agreement. 17. Technician must be supplied by City unless technician supplied by group is trained and checked out in equipment use, and cleared for use by City Staff. Tallescope use is to be granted only upon successful completion of a short training session on its features and safety requirements by an approved Technician.
