D__o clean spills from floor, rugs, or stage. D__o secure building, check all doors. D__Go remove all sets and all other production materials from facilities after scheduled use. Do remove all personal belongings and equipment after each use. Do not do any set construction or painting on stage. All set construction or painting to be done in the Support Wing. Do not allow animals in the facility, except Seeing Eye Dogs. Do not operate light and sound equipment unless cleared by the City with written permission for its use. PLEASANTON FIRE DEPARTMENT RULES FOR PUBLIC ASSEMBLY USES 1. All exit doors must be operable at any time the building is occupied, and no part of any stairway, hallway, corridor, vestibule, aisle or exit way may be used in any way that obstructs its intended use as an exit, or presents a hazardous condition. 2. All decorative materials must be either made of non-combustible substances, or treated with State approved flame-retardant solutions or process. A certificate of flame retardancy will be required. 3. No decorative material or decoration may conceal or otherwise obstruct any exit light, fire alarm, hose cabinet, fire extinguisher or other fire protection device or system. 4. A plan showing the table/seating locations, exit ways and aisles must be submitted and approved by the City if such plan is different from the location of City set-ups. 5. Overcrowding is forbidden. Do not allow standing in the aisles. 6. A permit is required for use of candles or other open flames. Applications should be made at the Fire Department. 7. If smoking is to be permitted, approved (non-combustible) ash trays must be provided. 8. A responsible representative of the using organization must constantly supervise the premises at all times it is occupied. 9. No changes or deviation from the conditions listed in the terms of use will be permitted without prior approval of the City.
