DO AND DO NOT <br /> <br /> DQ report any accidents, incidents or problems immediately. <br /> <br /> D__opick up all litter from facility and place in containers provided. <br /> D__owipe off and put back tables and chairs used. <br /> D__o clean spills from floor, rugs, or stage. <br /> D__o secure building, check all doors. <br /> <br /> D__Go remove all sets and all other production materials from facilities after <br /> scheduled use. <br /> <br /> Do remove all personal belongings and equipment after each use. <br /> <br /> Do not do any set construction or painting on stage. All set construction or <br /> painting to be done in the Support Wing. <br /> <br /> Do not allow animals in the facility, except Seeing Eye Dogs. <br /> <br /> Do not operate light and sound equipment unless cleared by the City with <br /> written permission for its use. <br /> <br /> PLEASANTON FIRE DEPARTMENT RULES FOR PUBLIC ASSEMBLY USES <br /> <br />1. All exit doors must be operable at any time the building is occupied, and <br /> no part of any stairway, hallway, corridor, vestibule, aisle or exit way <br /> may be used in any way that obstructs its intended use as an exit, or <br /> presents a hazardous condition. <br /> <br />2. All decorative materials must be either made of non-combustible <br /> substances, or treated with State approved flame-retardant solutions or <br /> process. A certificate of flame retardancy will be required. <br /> <br />3. No decorative material or decoration may conceal or otherwise obstruct <br /> any exit light, fire alarm, hose cabinet, fire extinguisher or other fire <br /> protection device or system. <br /> <br />4. A plan showing the table/seating locations, exit ways and aisles must be <br /> submitted and approved by the City if such plan is different from the <br /> location of City set-ups. <br /> <br />5. Overcrowding is forbidden. Do not allow standing in the aisles. <br /> <br />6. A permit is required for use of candles or other open flames. <br /> Applications should be made at the Fire Department. <br /> <br />7. If smoking is to be permitted, approved (non-combustible) ash trays must <br /> be provided. <br /> <br />8. A responsible representative of the using organization must constantly <br /> supervise the premises at all times it is occupied. <br /> <br />9. No changes or deviation from the conditions listed in the terms of use <br /> will be permitted without prior approval of the City. <br /> <br />THE CITY OF PT~ASANTONMAYREFUSE OR CANCELBOOKINGS AT ANY TIME ANDFORANY <br />REASON WHEN THE EVENT MAY NOT BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY. <br /> <br /> <br />
