Design and install landscaping, an aut matic <br />irrigation system, and an 8' wide P.C. bicycle/ <br />pedestrian pathway, to the satisfactio of the City <br />Engineer, within the 1.2± acre parcel ounded by <br />Sutter Gate Avenue, Tract 5229, the Ar oyo Mocho, <br />and Tract 5099. <br />c. Construct a ten foot wide pedestrian p thway from <br />Omega Circle to the east tract line be ween lot <br />20 and 21. This shall include a 6' hi h masonry <br />wall on each side of the pathway and a ong the <br />east sides of lots 21 and 22. The dev Loper shall <br />dedicate, to the City, the right-of-wa necessary <br />for this pedestrian pathway (Parcel A). <br /> <br />
