<br />10. That any existing assessment district, which the <br />.property may be subject to, be cleared prior to the <br />approval of the final map or the developer will cause <br />a segregation to be completed in conjunction with the <br />final map. <br />11. That the developer submit a refundable cash and for <br />hazard and erosion control prior to approval of the <br />final map. The amount of this bond will be etermin <br />by the City Engineer. (Approximately $100 p r lot - <br />$2500 minimum.) <br />12. That the developer (subdivider) may file mul iple final <br />maps prior to the expiration of the conditio ally approved <br />tentative map for this development; provided, however, <br />that each such final map filed shall provide for all normal <br />and reasonable public improvements required y the City to <br />serve that portion of this development to th satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer. <br />13. That the developer dedicate to the City for street <br />right-of-way purposes those parcels of land intended <br />to be public streets. <br />14.
