EXHIBIT 'A' <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N 2505 <br />AUGUST 8, 1984 <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer. meet all required condit'ons of approval <br />of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of alifornia. <br />3. That the developer meet all required condit'ons of any <br />prior approvals which this development may ave received <br />from the City of Pleasanton. <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the~Planning Director <br />for all proposed street names prior to submittal of the <br />final map. <br />5. That detailed grading and drainage plan and~all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitte as part of the <br />improvement plans for. the development. <br />6. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public <br />streets be set at 0.5$ unless otherwise app owed by the <br />City Engineer. Grades less than 0.5$ down o 0.3$ shall <br />require special approval, submittal of as-b ilt grade <br />sheets, and controlled flow testing. <br />7. That a separate water meter be provided to ach <br />lot of record within the development unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />8. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be p~ovided to <br />each lot of record within the development u less otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />9. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collec ed by the <br />City prior to approval of the final map at he rate <br />then in effect and for the total number of ots in <br />t-he final map, unless this requirement has een other- <br />wise satisfied. <br />
