4. Janitorial Services. City shall, at the City's own cost and expense, <br />provide janitorial services during the term of this agreement. Said <br />janitorial services shall include, but shall not be limited to: <br /> <br /> A. Unplugging facility toilets and sinks in restrooms; cleaning <br /> and disinfecting bathroom fixtures, walls, floors and partitions; <br /> refilling all restroom dispenser containers; <br /> <br /> B. Replacing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes; <br /> <br /> C. Providing all expendable janitorial supplies caused by the use <br /> <br /> and occupancy of the premises by the County; <br /> <br /> D. All necessary cleaning and dusting for all portions of the <br /> facility; mopping of floors; vacuuming of carpeted floors; dusting <br /> of desks, chairs, counters, cabinets and bookcases; cleaning of <br /> entrance doors, windows, and other glass surfaces; cleaning of <br /> window coverings; <br /> <br /> E. All necessary clean-up and, when possible, set up of facility <br /> conference rooms; <br /> <br /> F. Emptying wastepaper baskets and removing waste from building. <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding any statement made in this Section 4, the City shall <br />determine all appropriate janitorial service levels and schedules. <br /> <br /> -4- <br /> <br /> <br />
