Res. 2656 <br />5/22/85 <br />PUD-81-30-SM <br />PARCEL 8A AND 8B <br />Parcel 8 has been slightly reduced in size to reflect <br />the relocation of Hacienda Drive, and has been divided <br />into two parcels. Parcel 8A is proposed to be zoned <br />OMPD (Mid-Rise Office) having a four story height limit <br />and a maximum FAR of .50 on 24.564 acres compared to a <br />previous height limit of two stories and maximum FAR of <br />.40. Parcel 8B is proposed to be rezoned from IPD to <br />CPD having a two story height limit and a maximum FAR of <br />.15 on 5.000 acres. <br />PARCEL l0A <br />Parcel l0A is proposed to be rezoned from IPD to OGPD <br />with a three story height limit and a maximum FAR of .45 <br />compared to the previous height limit of two stories and <br />maximum FAR of .40. <br />PARCEL 13A AND 13B <br />Parcel 13, now zoned OPD with a three story height limit <br />and maximum FAR of .45, is proposed to be divided into <br />Parcels 13A and 13B. Parcel 13A would be rezoned to CPD <br />with one or two story building heights and a maximum FAR <br />of .40 Parcel 13B would be rezoned to OGPD with a two <br />story height limit and a maximum FAR of .40. <br />PARCEL 14A <br />Parcel 14A would be rezoned to OGPD from OPD with a two <br />story height limit and a maximum FAR of .40.
