PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2656 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL CASE PUD-81-30-8M, <br />APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A <br />MODIFICATION TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT GOVERNING <br />HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Co. of America has applied for a <br />for modification of the Hacieno dinanceeNo.P1109)ltoned <br />Unit Development (PUD-81-30, <br />amend land use, zoning and site designations of 15 sites <br />within Phase I of the Hacienda ouMochosbetweenaHopyardre <br />site located north of the Arroy <br />Road and the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 22, 1985 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed pobalcofethenmitigatednning <br />Commission recommended app <br />negative declaration prepared for this case; and <br />WHEREAS, the land use changes requested are as follows: <br />PARCEL 1D <br />Parcel 1D would have its maximum FAR reduced to .25 rom <br />.40 and would have a maximum height limit of two <br />stories. The CPD land use designation would be <br />retained. <br />PARCEL 6 <br />Parcel 6 would be changedpfrom OMPD to YeDious10g50avand <br />a maximum FAR of 0.40 com ared to the p ared to <br />a maximum building height of two stories comp <br />five stories previously. <br />PARCEL 7A B AND C <br />Parcel 7A (4.410 acres) and 7B (4.264 acres) would <br />remain in IPD zoning (Resear10.926eacres)ewouldgbe <br />Manufacturing).
