That the gravel driveway shown along the southern boundary of the subject property shall be removed prior to construction of additional residences on the property. 5. That a fencing plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department for approval prior to submittal of a tentative map on the subject property. 6. That the residences on lots 4 and 5 shall face Foothill Road rather than to side upon it. 7. That the street numbers posted so as to be seen times, day and night. of all residences shall be from adjacent streets at all g. That all utilities required to serve the development shall be installed underground. g. That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development by the approval of this case and that the developer agrees and acknowledges that building permit approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is found by the City not to be available. 10. That all buildings and/or structures must comply with all codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits are issued by the Building Department. 11. That the development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code. 12. That the site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection and that the Fire Department emergency number shall be provided adjacent to all telephones on the site. 13. That the developer shall pay any and all fees that the property may be subject. 14. That the developer be aware that growth management approval must be granted prior to submittal of a tentative map on the subject property. 15. That no improvement activities, including but not limited to grading, construction, tree removal or site preparation shall be initiated until all proper permits are obtained.
