Res. 2658 <br />June 12, 1985 <br />3. That the geotechnical report mentioned in condition <br />2 above shall be made available to all prospective <br />buyers of lots within the project. <br />4. That the gravel driveway shown along the southern <br />boundary of the subject property shall be removed <br />prior to construction of additional residences on <br />the property. <br />5. That a fencing plan shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Department for approval prior to submittal <br />of a tentative map on the subject property. <br />6. That the residences on lots 4 and 5 shall face <br />Foothill Road rather than to side upon it. <br />7. That the street numbers <br />posted so as to be seen <br />times, day and night. <br />of all residences shall be <br />from adjacent streets at all <br />g. That all utilities required to serve the development <br />shall be installed underground. <br />g. That the developer acknowledges that the City of <br />Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of <br />sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development <br />by the approval of this case and that the developer <br />agrees and acknowledges that building permit <br />approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is found <br />by the City not to be available. <br />10. That all buildings and/or structures must comply <br />with all codes and ordinances in effect at the time <br />required permits are issued by the Building <br />Department. <br />11. That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />the Pleasanton Fire Code. <br />12. That the site shall be kept free of fire hazards <br />from the start of construction to final inspection <br />and that the Fire Department emergency number shall <br />be provided adjacent to all telephones on the site. <br />13. That the developer shall pay any and all fees that <br />the property may be subject. <br />14. That the developer be aware that growth management <br />approval must be granted prior to submittal of a <br />tentative map on the subject property. <br />15. That no improvement activities, including but not <br />limited to grading, construction, tree removal or <br />site preparation shall be initiated until all proper <br />permits are obtained. <br />
