PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2658 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-20, HARI <br />PURI <br />WHEREAS, Hari Puri has applied for development plan approval for <br />a six parcel single family residential subdivision <br />proposed for the approximately 4.1 acre site located at <br />3885 Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-Low Density Residential <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 12, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application and recommended approval of <br />the negative declaration prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurTOdosalhtohbesinff <br />recommendation and found the P peneral plan land use <br />conformance with the zoning and g <br />designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-84-20, for Hari Puri <br />as herein described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department except that lot 3 shall be <br />expanded to the east so that there is at least 10 <br />ft. between the eastern boundary line of that parcel <br />and the toe of the slope behind the Puri residence <br />and lots 1 and 2 shall be combined into one parcel. <br />A revised development plan incorporating these <br />changes shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Department for review and approval prior to <br />submittal of a tentative map. <br />2. That the applicant shall follow all recommendations <br />contained in the Geotechnical Investigation, <br />Pro osed Subdivision 3885 Foothill Road Pleasanton <br />California dated April 25, 1985 by Alpha <br />~o~+crhnical Consultants, Inc. <br />
