Resolution No. 2774 <br />March 26, 1986 <br />4. That the development is subject to all <br />the conditions of approval for Case <br />Z-85-155. <br />5. That prior to the filing of a final map <br />on the subject property, CC&R's for the <br />project shall be approved by the City <br />Attorney. These CC&R's shall provide for <br />a homeowner's association with sufficient <br />power to manage all commonly owned areas. <br />The City shall be named as beneficiary of <br />said CC&R's and granted the power to <br />enforce its provisions if the homeowner's <br />association fails to do so. <br />6. That reciprocal parking/access agreements <br />be recorded between all three proposed <br />lots. <br />7. That the same CC&R's be recorded for all <br />three lots. <br />Section 2.
