PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2774 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF STONESON <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AS FILED UNDER TRACT 4588 <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Corporation has applied to <br />subdivide an approximately 13.4 acre site into three <br />parcels and 180 residential condominium lots located on <br />the south side of Stoneridge Drive between Pleasant <br />Hill Drive and Springdale Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-1500 (Multi-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 26, 1986 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />whereas, a Negative Declaration was approved for the original <br />project proposal. No further environmental <br />documentation was necessary for this subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this subdivision to be in <br />conformance with the zoning and General Plan land use <br />designation for the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 <br />Approves Tract 4588, application of Stoneson <br />Development Corporation to subdivide an approximately <br />13.4 acre site into three parcels and 180 residential <br />condominium lots located on the south side of <br />Stoneridge Drive between Pleasant Hill Drive and <br />Springdale Drive subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 4588 on file with the City. <br />2. That Building #3 be relocated to a <br />minimum of 16 ft. 0 in. from the side <br />property line along Pleasant Hill Drive. <br />3. That approval of this case is subject to <br />all conditions contained in the report <br />from the City Engineer dated March 26, <br />1986, attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />- 1 - <br />
