That to the extent the standards, requirements, and <br />guidelines contained in the Design Guidelines and <br />Master Plan - Roadway and Perimeter Improvements <br />conflict with conditions of approval or standards <br />set forth in Ordinance #975, the standards, <br />requirements, and guidelines contained in the former <br />documents shall control. <br />4.
