Res. 2794 <br />May 14, 1986 <br />ft. minimum landscaped area between the all weather <br />vehicular access and the parking lot area and/or <br />buildings to the south is widened to a minimum <br />dimension of 65 feet. <br />9. That the final design of the "West Perimeter" (I-680 <br />area) be approved by the Planning Director prior to <br />commencement of landscaping this area, said final <br />plan to include a final plan for the installation <br />and, if required, maintenance of the i-680 <br />right-of-way and redesign to account for an 8-foot <br />pathway and the presence and access needs of the <br />sewer lines within this area. <br />10. That the total square footage of buildings within <br />Koll Center Park shall not exceed 35$ of the gross <br />acreage of the site; gross acreage shall not include <br />the area of Arroyo del Valle dedicated to Zone 7. <br />11. That all trees and shrubs <br />site shall be a minimum o <br />size, respectively; trees <br />arroyo zone and along the <br />likewise sized unless the <br />approves a smaller size. <br />planted on a development <br />E 15 gal. and 5 gal. in <br />and shrubs planted in the <br />western perimeter shall be <br />Director of Planning <br />12. Affected <br />intersections shall be those located on Valley <br />Avenue from Bernal Avenue to the Arroyo del Valle <br />bridge, inclusive, on Bernal Avenue from Valley <br />Avenue to I-680 southbound off-ramp, inclusive, and <br />all on-site intersections. Mitigation measures may <br />include roadway improvements and/or transportation <br />systems management programs determined by the City <br />Engineer (appealable to the City Council), beginning <br />with the least stringent and least costly. <br />Increasingly more stringent mitigation measures will <br />
