11.38.070 B. Upon the relocation of the permit- tee from his or her residence within a residential pazking area to another residence, whether within or outside said zone. C. (Ord. 1376 § 1, 1988) 11.38.080 Posting Of Residential Permit Parking Zone: Upon the adoption of a resolution by the council designating a residential permit pazking zone and appropriate pazking time restrictions, the city man- ager shall order appropriate signs to be erected in such azea indicating promi- nently thereon the time limitation, day or days, and hours during which pazk- ing shall be restricted. (Ord. 1931 § 1, 2006; Ord. 1376 § 1, 1988) 11.38.090 Violations: A. It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter, unless expressly provided to the contrary in this chapter, for any person to park a motor vehicle on a street in a residential permit pazking zone in excess of the pazking time limit posted by signs giving notice thereof and erected pursuant to this chapter, without a valid residential pazking permit for that zone properly affixed to such vehicle. B. It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter for a person falsely to represent himself or herself as eligible for a residential pazking permit or a guest permit or to furnish false infor- mation in an application for any such permits. C. It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person to use or display, or permit the use or display of, a residential parking permit or a guest permit or a sticker pertaining thereto on a motor vehicle other than that vehicle for which such permit or sticker was issued. Any motor vehicle on which is displayed a valid residential pazking permit, temporazy permit or sticker per- taining thereto, as provided for in this chapter may be parked on a street in the residential permit pazking zone pertaining thereto without limitation of the time restrictions established by the council under section 11.38.080 of this chapter. Such pazking permit shall not guarantee or reserve the holder thereof an on street pazking space on a street in such residential permit parking zone or exempt the vehicle from any other restrictions, ordinances or codes. B. This chapter does not apply to ambulances, fire department vehicles, police vehicles, public utility vehicles or other official or emergency vehicles while conducting official business which have an official seal or logo identifying them as such. C. Clearly marked vehicles with commercial license plates parked for the purpose of loading or delivery of goods, wazes or merchandise from or to any building or structure in a residen- 274C (Pleasanton June 2006)
