11.38.100 <br />tial permit pazking zone or delivering <br />materials to be used in the repair, alter- <br />ation, remodeling, construction or re- <br />construction of any such building or <br />structure for which a building permit <br />has previously been obtained, or vehi- <br />cles used for commercial residential <br />maintenance including, but not limited <br />to, landscapers and repairmen doing <br />work for residents in the zone shall be <br />exempt from the time restrictions estab- <br />lished by the council under section <br />11.38.080 of this chapter. <br />D. Any vehicle which is identified <br />by a disabled or handicapped driver <br />meeting the requirements of Vehicle <br />Code section 22511.5 and displaying <br />handicapped license plate.
