7.36.040 <br />7.36.040 Fowl And Rabbits - At <br />Large: <br />It is declared to be a nuisance and no <br />person shall suffer or permit any chick- <br />ens, geese, ducks, turkeys, pheasants, <br />doves, pigeons, squabs, or similar fowl <br />or rabbits, owned or controlled by the <br />person, to run or fly at large or go upon <br />the premises of any other person in the <br />city. (Ord. 1919 § 8, 2005) <br />7.36.050 Cleanliness Of Premises <br />Where Animals Are Kept: <br />Any owner of any animal or fowl <br />shall keep the stable, barn, stall, pen, <br />coop, building or place in which the <br />animal is kept in a clean and sanitary <br />condition.
