Unless <br />otherwise stated, the provisions of this <br />chapter apply to any city pazk and <br />recreation facility. (Ord. 1428 § 4, <br />1989) <br />13.08.020 Definitions: <br />For the purposes of this chapter the <br />following words and phrases shall <br />mean: <br />A. "Daylight" means any time from <br />one-half (t/2) hour before sunrise to <br />one-half ('/2) hour after sunset. <br />B. "Director" means the director of <br />pazks and community services of the <br />city. <br />C. "Park and recreation facility" <br />means any public park, pathway, trail, <br />skateboazd pazk, in-line skatepazk, <br />bicycle motocross park, golf course, <br />playground, athletic field, recreation <br />center or recreation azea, which facility <br />the city owns, leases or controls, <br />whether or not such facility is improved <br />or unimproved and whether or not such <br />facility is located within or without the <br />territorial limits of the city. <br />D. "Skateboazd park" shall mean a <br />facility designed specifically for riding <br />skateboazds with sculptured events such <br />331 (Pleasanton January 2006) <br />
