She believed that $1 per page was excessive and copies should be <br />charged to the public at cost. <br />Acting Chairperson Fox stated this was an issue because neighbors have asked her to <br />come in and print out pages for them, which she does for them. Commissioner Olson <br />disagreed and noted that providing copies for neighbors was not the Planning <br />Commissioners' responsibility. <br />Ms. Decker noted that she would look into that issue and report back to the Commission. <br />Acting Chairperson Fox <br />December 27 2006, Meeting <br />In light of the impacted schedule, Commissioner Pearce proposed that the December 27, <br />2006 be reinstated. There was general support for that proposal. <br />Commissioner Blank moved to reinstate the previously scheduled December 27, <br />2006 meeting. <br />Commissioner Pearce seconded the motion. <br />Acting Chairperson Fox expressed concern that members of the public may not be able to <br />attend this meeting as it is vacation time should there be controversial items on the <br />agenda. She noted that she would be available on December 20, 2006. Some of the <br />Commissioners as well as Ms. Hangman indicated they would not be available then. <br />Commissioner Pearce requested that non-controversial items be agendized. <br />Commissioner Blank suggested that routine items be scheduled and that extra ads be <br />placed in the newspaper. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, O'Connor, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: Commissioner Fox. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECU5ED None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />The motion passed. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES November 29, 2006 Page 25 of 28 <br />
