Because the City was near buildout, that may not be relevant to future issues. <br />She believed that a policy should be addressed where a sustainable ability to improve and <br />maintain facilities with that developer money. <br />Paee VI-27 <br />Commissioner Blank noted that Policy 6.10 referenced the hundred-year flood and would <br />like to see a mention of public awareness. <br />Commissioner Fox believed that Zone 7 and passive recreation should be a stated goal for <br />the Chain of Lakes and the arroyos. <br />Paee VI-30 <br />~ Commissioner Fox noted that references to elementary schools having a limit of <br />650 students had been deleted and that the language, "encourage elementary school <br />enrollment sizes to maintain neighborhood chazacter," had been inserted. She inquired <br />why the 650 number had been deleted and would like to keep it in the document. <br />There was no objection from the Commissioners. <br />Commissioner Fox noted that with respect to educational facilities, the following <br />language should be added: "to encourage and support high quality of public and <br />non-public educational facilities." The Commissioners concurred with that suggestion. <br />Pace VI-32 (second instance) <br />Chairperson Arkin noted that with respect to Policy 16.8, there should be a neighborhood <br />pazk in South Pleasanton. <br />No action was taken. <br />c.
