REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Ms. Decker advised that Item 6.b., PCUP-150, Linda Pine, would be continued to the <br />meeting of Mazch 22, 2006. <br />Ms. Decker advised that Item 6.c., PRZ-13, City of Pleasanton (Green Buildine <br />Measures would be continued to the meeting of February 22, 2006. <br />Ms. Decker advised that back-up information related to Item 6.c. had been distributed to <br />the Commissioners and requested that they retain those materials until the item is heazd <br />on Februazy 22, 2006. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank suggested that such voluminous documentation be distributed to the <br />Commissioners in PDF format to save paper and printing. <br />5. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />There were none. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />a. Tract 7534, Lvnn Jansen <br />Application for Tentative Tract Map approval to subdivide one pazcel into <br />13 pazcels, implementing the approved PUD-38 development plan, at 1635 and <br />1777 Rose Avenue. Current zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) and A (Agricultural) District. <br />Ms. Decker summarized the staff report and detailed the background and scope of this <br />project. She noted that City Council approved PUD-38 as recommended by staff and that <br />the conditions of approval aze attached to the staff report. The City Council also adopted <br />a Negative Declazation finding that the project has a de minimus impact on wildlife.
