ROLL CALL <br />/~ <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Michael Roush, City <br />Attorney; Wes Jost, Development Services Manager; Andy <br />Jorgensen, Civic Arts Manager; and Cory Emberson, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Phil Blank, Anne Fox, <br />Jennifer Pearce, and Mary Roberts. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Trish Maas. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. January 25, 2006. <br />Commissioner Pearce advised that the following verbiage should be added as the second <br />pazagraph following the close of the public heazing on page 3: "In response to an inquiry <br />by Commissioner Pearce regarding the colors of the McDonald's, the applicant indicated <br />that the colors on the documentation received by the Commissioners were representative <br />of the colors that would be applied to the McDonald's building." <br />Ms. Decker advised that the second paragraph on page 11 should be changed to read as <br />follows: , Ms. Decker stated that Condition No. 34.a. <br />~ required conduit and cabling for photovoltaic readiness.
