(5) An identification and prioritization of appropriate <br /> mapping layers to be developed and a recommendation on <br /> how best to develop the layers. <br /> <br /> (6) Identification of the recommended method to develop <br /> digitized maps of the City for areas where hand-drawn <br /> maps do not exist. <br /> <br /> (7) Identification of the appropriate map media to assure <br /> adequate maintenance of the City's GIS data base. <br /> <br /> (8) Other recommendations which the Consultant feels are <br /> necessary for the City to meet its needs and goals, as <br /> previously defined. <br /> <br /> A Project Review Committee, comprised of qualified City <br />employees, should be convened at this point to review changes and <br />make suggestions. A draft Phase II report outlining <br />recommendations will be submitted along with any required flow <br />charts outlining recommendations. <br /> <br /> <br />
