RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br /> The second phase of the study will be to develop a detailed <br />listing of recommended procedures, equipment (both hardware and <br />software) management, and responsibilities that are intended to <br />meet the City's short- and long-term goals and needs as identified <br />in Phase I. Recommendations will include: <br /> <br /> (1) Identification of system hardware and software needs, <br /> including specific reports, equipment or data base <br /> enhancements. <br /> <br /> (2) A proposed Flow Chart indicating the recommended <br /> collection and processing of data to assure efficient <br /> permit collections and auditing for the ILMS (Security). <br /> <br /> (3) Identification of key personnel responsibilities to <br /> assure adequate collection and dissemination of <br /> information. <br /> <br /> (4) Identification of appropriate management structure for <br /> the overall supervision of the ILMS and GIS. <br /> <br /> <br />
