IMPLEMENTATION <br /> <br /> The Consultant will develop a detailed implementation schedule <br />which identifies a preferred "course of action" for the purpose of <br />meeting the recommendations, as previously identified. The <br />implementation program will contain an expected timeline for <br />changes. <br /> <br /> These papers will outline in detail plans to insure the <br />integrity of all GIS-ILMS data and methods for reporting necessary <br />data in a timely, concise manner. <br /> <br /> Any applications system management changes that may be <br />indicated will be outlined and methods for implementing these <br />changes smoothly will be reported to management. <br /> <br /> Necessary system hardware and software changes to meet the <br />city's goals will also be defined. Equipment availability, cost <br />analysis, and overall impact of these changes will be reported in <br />detail. <br /> <br /> The result of this implementation schedule should facilitate <br />an efficient program for change to assure that the City's ILMS and <br />GIS systems are capable of meeting existing and future demands. <br /> <br /> <br />
