Nandor Krause, 3495 Dennis Drive -was speaking on behalf of Ballistic United Soccer Club, Pleasanton <br />Rage, and Pleasanton Adult Sunday Soccer. The groups were pleased to see that Phase I of Bernal <br />Community Park was included on the list of projects, but urged the Commission to consider moving <br />forward with Phase II. <br />Vice-Chairperson Kummer closed the meeting for public comment at 7:30 p.m. <br />In reviewing the CIP projects outlined in the City Council Work Plan, Commissioner Pentin advised that <br />the highest priority projects for him were Alameda County Transportation Corridor Acquisition, Alviso <br />Adobe Community Park, Bernal Property Financing Plan, Phase I Lighted Sports Fields, Firehouse Arts <br />Center, and Lion's Wayside Park and Delucchi Park Redevelopment. He also advised that he would like <br />to add back Phase II of the Aquatic Center project. <br />Commissioner Dibiase's highest priority projects were: Alviso Adobe Community Park, Bernal Property <br />Financing Plan, Phase I Lighted Sports Fields, Firehouse Arts Center, Iron Horse Trail, and Lion's <br />Wayside and Delucchi Park Redevelopment. He also wanted to add back Phase II of the Aquatic Center. <br />Commissioner Kinzer indicated that Alviso Adobe Community Park, Bernal Property Financing Plan, and <br />Phase I Lighted Sports Fields were his highest priority projects, along with adding back Phase II of the <br />Aquatic Center. <br />Vice-Chairperson Kummer advised that his preferences were Alviso Adobe Community Park, Bernal <br />Property Financing Plan, Phase I Lighted Sports Fields, Bernal Upper Field Improvements, Iron Horse <br />Trail, Pleasanton Middle School Tennis Court Upgrades, and Second Bernal Bridge. He also wanted to <br />add Phase II of the Aquatic Center, and additional tennis courts at Tennis and Community Park. <br />After further discussion, a motion was made by Commissioner Pentin, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dibiase, identifying Alameda County Transportation Corridor Acquisition, Alviso Adobe Community <br />Park, Bernal Property Financing Plan, Phase I Lighted Sports Fields, Firehouse Arts Center, Iron Horse <br />Trail, and Lion's Wayside and Delucchi Park Redevelopment as the highest priority projects for City <br />Council's consideration as part of the FY 2007-08 through FY 2010-11 City Capital Improvement <br />Program, with a request that Phase II of the Aquatic Center be added to the list. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Dibiase, Kinzer, Pentin, and Vice-Chairperson Kummer. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Ellgas <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />B.
