for the casual, walk-up visitor; B) Young Explorers Adobe Program, an extensive hands- <br />on visitation program for local school children; C) Ridge Runner Summer Camp <br />program, to be held periodically during the summer at the Alviso Adobe; D) <br />Environmental/Cultural Education Fee classes to be held at the Alviso Adobe; E) City <br />and ALVHS Collaborative Programs, held jointly at the Museum on Main Street and <br />Alviso Adobe Community Park. <br />II. Educational Program Coordination Services <br />In consultation with City staff, ALVHS will promote, coordinate, and schedule all <br />City/ALVHS collaborative school visits, including an initial lecture experience at the <br />Museum on Main Street and subsequent visit to the Alviso Adobe. Coordination <br />services will include A) School Visit Scheduling and Reservations; B) Development of <br />Teacher Resource Manuals and Study Guides; C) Development of Visitor Guides for <br />Joint Exhibits/Programs. <br />III. Administrative Services <br />ALVHS, in consultation with City staff, will provide a series of administrative services <br />designed to develop and strengthen each agency's respective programs (Museum on <br />Main Street and Alviso Adobe Community Park). These services should include: A) <br />Volunteer/Docent Coordination Services; B) Publicity Assistance; C) Budget <br />Development Assistance; D) Archival Services. <br />The Scope of Work also indicates timelines, benchmarks and parameters for tasks and <br />deliverables for each of the major service areas. <br />Submitted by: <br />t <br />a es W.
