Themed Experience for Casual "Walk Up Visitor - To be changed on a seasonal pattern Meeting #4 August B. Young Explorers Adobe Program - April Interpretive Plan completion for following academic year, new facets to be tested at Ridge Runners Camp C. Ridge Runners Summer Camp Program - Six (6) thematic all day programs gam to 3pm once a week Complete plan 3rd week January so components can be tested during spring "Young Explorers" school freld trips. D. Environmental Education Fee Classes Program Plan should reflect seasonal change in regards to habitats and farming cycles. Initial discussion at Meeting #4 August; follow up at Meeting #1 November. Program will begin each January with a seasonal pattern winter, spring, summer, and fall. E. City and ALVHS Collaborative Programs Meeting #4 August or special meeting to discuss design concept for interpretive aids to be held before any construction of items, displays, exhibits. II. Educational Program Coordination Services In consultation with City staff, ALVHS will promote, coordinate, and schedule all City/ALVHS collaborative school visits, including an initial lecture experience at the Museum on Main Street and a subsequent visit to the Alviso Adobe. Coordination services will include: A. School Visit Scheduling and Reservations ALVHS will work with City staff and the Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD) to develop and implement an appropriate school visit schedule and promotion plan. ALVHS and Museum on Main Street staff will take phone and email reservation requests from teachers and/or appropriate school officials, and coordinate times for Museum visits and subsequent visits to the Alviso Adobe.
