Other meetings may be required as agreed upon <br />Specific Interpretive Plan Component Parameters, Tasks, Timelines, and <br />Benchmarks: <br />A. Themed Experience for Casual "Walk Up Visitor - <br />To be changed on a seasonal pattern Meeting #4 August <br />B. Young Explorers Adobe Program - <br />April Interpretive Plan completion for following academic year, new <br />facets to be tested at Ridge Runners Camp <br />C. Ridge Runners Summer Camp Program - <br />Six (6) thematic all day programs gam to 3pm once a week <br />Complete plan 3rd week January so components can be tested during <br />spring "Young Explorers" school freld trips. <br />D. Environmental Education Fee Classes <br />Program Plan should reflect seasonal change in regards to habitats and <br />farming cycles. Initial discussion at Meeting #4 August; follow up at <br />Meeting #1 November. Program will begin each January with a <br />seasonal pattern winter, spring, summer, and fall. <br />E. City and ALVHS Collaborative Programs <br />Meeting #4 August or special meeting to discuss design concept for <br />interpretive aids to be held before any construction of items, displays, <br />exhibits. <br />II. Educational Program Coordination Services <br />In consultation with City staff, ALVHS will promote, coordinate, and schedule all <br />City/ALVHS collaborative school visits, including an initial lecture experience at the <br />Museum on Main Street and a subsequent visit to the Alviso Adobe. Coordination <br />services will include: <br />A. School Visit Scheduling and Reservations <br />ALVHS will work with City staff and the Pleasanton Unified School District <br />(PUSD) to develop and implement an appropriate school visit schedule and <br />promotion plan. ALVHS and Museum on Main Street staff will take phone <br />and email reservation requests from teachers and/or appropriate school <br />officials, and coordinate times for Museum visits and subsequent visits to the <br />Alviso Adobe. <br />Timeline/Bencbmarks/Parameters for Tasks and Deliverables: <br />4 <br />
