Plant materials - list recommended spedes. <br /> <br /> 2. Catalogue cut-sheets for manufactured items, including post-top <br /> mounted light standards, lamp type, tree grates, trash <br /> receptacles, and paving materials. <br /> <br /> 3. List materials and finishes at a conceptual level for any custom- <br /> designed features included in the project. <br /> <br /> C. Provide technical information (orally) regarding maintenance <br /> implications of product recommendation list,' at a conceptual level. <br /> <br /> D. Four (4) cycles of modification/refinement preparing drawings and <br /> providing technical information as necessary to each cycle (these <br /> typically happen after each pair of staff & community workshops). <br /> <br /> E. Prepare final presentation drawings, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Plan View (at 1 in. = 20 ft.); <br /> <br /> 2. Typical street sections (at 1 in. = 10 ft.); <br /> <br /> 3. Plan of a special intersection or entry point; <br /> <br /> 4. Rendered elevation of design concept for any architectural <br /> features, if any are included in the final concept; <br /> <br /> 4. Eye-level perspective rendering of the view from the roadway <br /> or sidewalk. <br /> <br />III. Workshops & Study Sessions <br /> <br /> Prepare for, set up and fadlitate the following workshops and study <br /> sessions: <br /> <br /> A. One (1) City Council study session (to get Coundl input at the <br /> beginning of the process); <br /> <br /> B. Five (5) workshops with City Staff Steering Committee; <br /> <br /> C. Five (5) workshops with downtown business community; <br /> <br /> D. One (1) general community meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
