One (1) presentation to City Council (to present final <br /> recommendations); <br /> <br /> B. One (1) presentation to Planning Commission or other community <br /> organization (e.g. Chamber of Commerce, homeowners' assodation, <br /> merchants assodation, etc.). <br /> <br />V. Additional Meetings (i.e. meetings held primarily for purposes other than to <br /> provide design input) <br /> <br /> Attend up to the following number of additional meetings: <br /> <br /> A. One (1) Kick-off meeting with City Staff Steering Committee; <br /> Purpose: <br /> <br /> 1. To direct FTB regarding City Staff objectives for the <br /> improvement of Main Street; <br /> 2. To coordinate the process for working with the downtown <br /> business community; <br /> 3. To review the project construction budget. <br /> <br /> B. One (1) additional meeting with City Staff for misc. coordination, <br /> administration, etc.; <br /> <br /> C. One (1) additional City Coundl Meeting for contract review; <br /> <br /> D. Two (2) meetings with Caltrans, P.G.&E. or other jurisdictional entity. <br /> <br /> E. One (1) field trip meeting with City Staff to observe and evaluate <br /> design and material selection options. <br /> <br />VI. Related Services <br /> <br /> Provide the following services related to the Preliminary Design Phase of the <br /> Main Street Improvements project: <br /> <br /> A. Cost Estimates (prepared in conjunction with Lee Saylor, Inc.): <br /> <br /> 1. Prepare "Brown Bag" cost estimate - after first <br /> workshop/modification cycle; <br /> <br /> <br />
