WHEREAS, STATE and the County of Alameda have also entered <br /> into a Freeway Agreement dated February 9, 1951 relating to that <br /> portion of State Highway Route 580 from Hopyard Road to 2.5 mile <br /> West of Dublin; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, STATE and the County of Alameda have also entered <br /> into a Freeway Agreement dated October 30, 1964, relating to that <br /> portion of State Highway Routes 680 and 580 from Arroyo Mocho to <br /> the Contra Costa County line; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, STATE and the County of Alameda have also entered <br />into a Freeway Agreement dated October 28, 1965, relating to that <br />portion of State Highway Route 580 from 0.3 mite east of Tassajara <br />Road to 0.3 mile west of First Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, STATE and the County of Alameda have also entered <br />into a Freeway Agreement dated June 6, 1968, relating to that <br />portion of State Highway Route 580 from Dublin to 1.6 mile west of <br />Eden Canyon Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, STATE and the County of Alameda have also entered <br />into a Freeway Agreement dated March 4, 1975, relating to that <br />portion of State Highway Route 580 from 165th Avenue to San <br />Ramon-Foothill Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CITY has subsequently annexed certain areas <br />including portions of such freeway covered by said Freeway <br />Agreements and Supplemental Freeway Agreement with the County of <br />Alameda dated October 30, 1964; February 9, 1951; October 28, <br />1965; February 15, 1966; April 24, 1967; June 6, 1968; and <br />March 4, 1975; and <br /> <br /> <br />
