04-At a-580-P .M. 17.1/R22.5 <br /> In the City of Pleasanton <br /> from the east city limits near <br /> Stacey Court to the west city <br /> limits near Las Palmas Drive <br /> <br /> FREEWAY AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on this <br /> <br />day of , 19__, by and between the STATE OF <br /> <br /> CALIFORNIA, acting by and through the Department of Transportation <br /> (herein referred to as "STATE"), and the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> (herein referred to as "CITY"), <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the highway described above has been declared to be <br />a freeway by Resolutions of the California Highway Commission on <br />October 30, 1947, December 15, 1949, and May 17, 1950; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, STATE and CITY have entered into a Freeway Agreement <br />dated January 17, 1966, relating to that portion of State Highway <br />Route 580 at Tassajara Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, STATE and CITY have also entered into a Freeway <br />Agreement dated July 8, 1968, relating to that portion of State <br />Highway Route 580 at Foothill Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, STATE and the County of Alameda have also entered <br />into a Freeway Agreement dated February 15, 1966, and a <br />Supplemental Freeway Agreement dated April 24, 1967, relating to <br />that portion of State Highway Route 580 from 0.3 mile east of <br />Tassajara Road to 0.7 mile west of Hopyard Road; and <br /> <br /> <br />
