WHEREAS, a revised plan map for such freeway has been <br />prepared showing the proposed plan of the STATE as it affects <br />streets of the CITY; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties hereto to <br />enter into a new Freeway Agreement in accordance with the revised <br />plan of said freeway; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agreement supersedes in their entirety said Freeway <br />Agreements dated January 17, 1966; and July 8, 1968, and <br />supersedes those portions of said Freeway Agreements dated October <br />30, 1964; October 28, 1965; February 15, 1966; June 6, 1968; <br />March 4, 1975, and said Supplemental Freeway Agreement dated <br />April 24, 1967, on Route 580 from the east city limit near Stacey <br />Court to the west city limit near Las Palmas Drive. <br /> <br /> 2. CITY agrees and consents to the closing of CITY streets, <br />relocation of CITY streets, construction of frontage roads and <br />other local roads, and other construction affecting CITY streets, <br />all as shown on said plan map attached hereto marked Exhibit A, <br />and made a part hereof by this reference. <br /> <br /> 3. STATE in the construction of said freeway will, at <br />STATE's expense, make such changes affecting CITY streets in <br />accordance with the plan map attached hereto marked Exhibit A, <br />except that at Santa Rita Road and Hacienda Drive the construction <br />cost for the interchange modification and the new interchange and <br />the auxiliary lanes extending west to Routes 680/580 interchange <br />shall be borne by locally obtained funds. <br /> <br /> <br />
