and may take advantage of and participate in, such changes if, in <br />the judgment of the City, such changes are in the public <br />interest. Collector shall seek City approval prior to engaging <br />in any new method of disposal, unless said method is required by <br />any State or Federal agency which has jurisdictional powers over <br />the Collector's operations. <br />SECTION 23 - EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT <br />23.1 In providing refuse service for the City, the <br />Collector shall not discriminate against any employee or <br />applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, sex or <br />national origin and the Collector shall take affirmative action <br />to ensure such non-discrimination. <br />23.2 The Collector shall post in conspicuous places <br />available to employees and applicants for employment, notices <br />setting forth the provisions of this non-discrimination clause. <br />23.3 The Collector shall, in all solicitations or <br />advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the <br />Collector, state that all qualified applicants will receive <br />consideration for employment without regard to race, creed, <br />color, sex or national origin. <br />SECTION 24 NON-ASSIGNABILITY <br />24.1 This Agreement shall not be sublet or assigned, <br />23. <br />
