disposal sites for the disposal of refuse collected from the <br />City. <br />SECTION 13 - PREPARATION OF REFUSE <br />The City shall require each and every person in possession, <br />charge or control of any residential unit or <br />commercial/industrial facility where refuse collection is <br />required to keep or cause to be kept all refuse in suitable and <br />sufficient watertight cans or receptacles. These receptacles <br />shall be sufficiently adequate to contain the amount of garbage <br />and waste matter ordinarily accumulating during the intervals <br />between collections. Such cans or receptacles, in the case of <br />residential units, shall not be more than the standard 30-gallon <br />capacity, except as provided by Collector, for automated service. <br />The City shall require that all refuse shall be placed in said <br />cans, unless otherwise provided by City ordinance, agreement or <br />resolution. Receptacles shall be required to be kept in a <br />sanitary condition by the owner and shall be covered to prevent <br />access of flies to the contents thereof. <br />SECTION 14 - PERFORl4ANCE BOND <br />14.1 Collector shall file with the City Clerk, and <br />shall thereafter during the entire term of this Agreement, <br />maintain in full force and effect a corporate surety bond or <br />12. <br />
