other adequate surety agreement in a form satisfactory to the City Attorney in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the Collector's faithful performance of this Agreement. SECTION 15 - INSURANCE 15,1 Collector shall at all times keep fully insured all persons employed by it in connection with the performance of this Agreement as required by the provisions of the Labor Code of the State of California relating to workers' Compensation and Insurance. Collector shall also carry public liability insurance in the minimum amounts of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars {$500,000.00) for the death or injury of one person and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for the death or injury of two or more persons in any one accident, and property damage insurance to the extent of One-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) upon each of the trucks or other vehicles used by Collector in carrying out the work of this contract. 15.2 The City, its Council, agents, officers and employees, shall be named as an additional insured in any of said insurance policies.
