other adequate surety agreement in a form satisfactory to the <br />City Attorney in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) <br />for the Collector's faithful performance of this Agreement. <br />SECTION 15 - INSURANCE <br />15,1 Collector shall at all times keep fully insured all <br />persons employed by it in connection with the performance of this <br />Agreement as required by the provisions of the Labor Code of the <br />State of California relating to workers' Compensation and <br />Insurance. Collector shall also carry public liability insurance <br />in the minimum amounts of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />{$500,000.00) for the death or injury of one person and One <br />Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for the death or injury of two or <br />more persons in any one accident, and property damage insurance <br />to the extent of One-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) upon <br />each of the trucks or other vehicles used by Collector in <br />carrying out the work of this contract. <br />15.2 The City, its Council, agents, officers and employees, <br />shall be named as an additional insured in any of said insurance <br />policies. Where such insurance is provided by a policy which <br />also covers Collector or any other entity or persons, it shall <br />contain the standard cross-liability endorsement. Such policies <br />shall contain a provision that a written notice of cancellation <br />or reduction in coverage of said policy shall be delivered to the <br />13. <br />
