other peronal property has not been resolved to the customer's <br />satisfaction, the City Manager may require Collector to present a <br />detailed report outlining the nature of the complaint and <br />remedies proposed and action to be taken to resolve said <br />complaint or claim. If it is the opinion of the City Manager <br />that the Collector's remedies proposed and actions taken are <br />insufficient to adequately resolve the said complaint or claim, <br />the City Manager shall meet with the Collector to recommend an <br />alternative remedy process intended to resolve the complaint or <br />claim. <br />SECTION 10 - VEHICLES AND EQQIPMENT <br />10.1 All trucks and other equipment used to collect, <br />haul or dispose of refuse shall at all times be kept clean, in <br />good repair, and be well and uniformly painted to the <br />satisfaction of the City Manager . <br />10.2 The Collector's name and telephone number shall be <br />painted on each side of the body of each truck. <br />10.3 Collector shall collect all refuse in all-steel <br />bodied motor trucks and transport refuse in a manner that does <br />not constitute a health hazard. The bodies of said trucks shall <br />be washed at least weekly.
