~. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0. 845 <br />,-~ <br />A reaolutlon of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton granting Zoning Permit <br />Z-69-11 to D & V Builders, Inc., subject to <br />certain conditions: <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered Zoning Permit application Z-69-11 <br />filed by D & V Builders, Inc., for a permit in <br />the RM-25 District for the following: <br />To allow the construction of a 72-unit <br />garden apartment complex at the northeast <br />corner of Black Avenue and Hopyard Road <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Bearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents, and finds that under the <br />circumstances of this particular case, the use <br />applied for will not be detrimental to the health, <br />safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare <br />of persona residing in or working in the neighborhood <br />of said proposed use. <br />Further, that said use will not be detrimental or <br />injurious to property or improvements in the neigh- <br />borhood, nor will said use be inimical to the public <br />interest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RBSOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby grants said Zoning Permit subject <br />to the following condition: <br />1. That the applicant shall comply with <br />the final submittal as defined under the <br />P.U.D. District adopted in Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 520. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 8th day of January, 1969, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Arnold <br />Commissioner Garrigan <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Commissioner Plato <br />Chairman Antonini <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />10.
