RESOLUTION N0. 845 ,-~ A reaolutlon of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton granting Zoning Permit Z-69-11 to D & V Builders, Inc., subject to certain conditions: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered Zoning Permit application Z-69-11 filed by D & V Builders, Inc., for a permit in the RM-25 District for the following: To allow the construction of a 72-unit garden apartment complex at the northeast corner of Black Avenue and Hopyard Road WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Bearing on this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents, and finds that under the circumstances of this particular case, the use applied for will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of persona residing in or working in the neighborhood of said proposed use. Further, that said use will not be detrimental or injurious to property or improvements in the neigh- borhood, nor will said use be inimical to the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RBSOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby grants said Zoning Permit subject to the following condition: 1. That the applicant shall comply with the final submittal as defined under the P.U.D. District adopted in Zoning Ordinance No. 520.
