Mark Moyers, dba Allied <br />Brokers, to allow the operation of a real <br />estate office at 525 Main Street, Pleasanton, <br />is a C-C District, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />MOW, TBBBBFOBB, BB IT BBSOL~SD, that the Planning Coaadaeion of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves Z-69-17, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the property <br />as described in the application and any attach- <br />~nts thereto. <br />2. The applicant and/or property owner shall <br />sign an agreement not to protest the formation <br />of a parking district to which this property <br />may be applicable; said agreement to be <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Chairman Plato, and carried, the <br />following resolution vas adopted unanimously. <br /> BBSOLUTIOM M0. 852 <br />iiHBBBAS, the Plaming Co®isaion of the City of Pleasanton <br /> hereby recammenda to the City Council that <br /> appropriate action be initiated for the creation <br /> of parking districts within the Central Business <br /> District, <br />ii9BBHAS, the Planning Co®ieaion of the City of Pleasanton <br /> has considered the needs of parking fad lities <br /> within the Central Business District, <br />WHB$BAS, said Commission has held an open discussion on <br /> thin matter and has examined pertinent maps, <br /> drawings and documents and finds that the <br /> following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the creation of said parking districts <br />will not be detrimental to the public welfare <br />or injurious to the property owners in the Central <br />Business District or improvements in the Central <br />Business District, <br />2. That the creation of said parking districts <br />will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of <br />the General Plan or will adversely affect it in <br />any way, <br />3. That the creation of parking diatricta is <br />increasingly becoming more i®inent because of <br />redevelopment and/or remodeling of existing <br />facilities, <br />MON, TBERSFORE, BH IT BBSOLVBD, that the Planning Co~iasion of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby urges the City Council to <br />proceed as rapidly as possible in the creation <br />of parking diatricta or in the creation of any <br />tool that would legally bind future developments <br />in fulfilling their parking obligations. <br />- 9 - <br />
