Also, Rev. McKean moss under the <br />impression that all Churches could only be located in B-1 Dfatricts. He was <br />corrected on this by the Planning Director who informed him that Churches could <br />be located in virtually any district subject to a Conditional IIae Permit, with the <br />exception of the a0" District, where it is permissive. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, <br />the Public Hearing was cloned. <br />Commissioner Gibbs had mined feelings, as did Commissioner Carrigan; however, <br />Commissioners Antonini snd Arnold were against the application.
