° ~ ,-~, <br />WHEREAS, said Co®iaeion has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined all the pertinent facts, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby denies UP-69-5, as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THB Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 26th day of February, 1969, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Arnold <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Noes: Commissioner Garrigan <br />Chairman Plato <br />Absent: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />c. RZ-69-6. Amador Vallev Investors <br />Application to rezone from an R-1 (Single Family) District to a P.U.D. (Planned <br />Unit Development) District a portion of Parcels 2-6 and 6-2, Assessor's Map <br />Book 946, Block 1101, said properties containing approximately 15.4 acres. <br />Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing. Acting Secretary Aiello advised <br />the Commission that the department had received a request from the applicant <br />that afternoon for a continuance, and Mr. George Oaken, who was present, <br />concurred. <br />There being no further comment, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded <br />by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, the <br />following resolution was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 867 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Amador Valley Investors to rezone <br />from an R-1 (Single Family) District to a P.U.D. <br />(Planned Unit Development) District a portion of <br />Parcels 2-6 and 6-2, Assessor's Map Book 946, <br />Block 1101, said properties containing approxi- <br />mately 15.4 acres, has come before this Co®isaion, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission, at the request <br />of the applicant, hereby continues RZ-69-6 to the <br />meeting of March 12, 1969. <br />d. UP-69-6. John Scontriano <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow the use of the property in <br />a C-C District for a restaurant, that property co~onlq known as 561 Main <br />Street, Pleasanton. <br />Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing. Acting Secretary Aiello requested <br />a continuance of this item for six weeks in order that the Planning staff <br />could make further study of the area which will encompass the applicant's <br />restaurant. The General Plan shows that aide of Division Street as eventually <br />being a pedestrian mall extending to Peters Avenue. Thus, more study will be <br />required before an intelligent and realistic conclusion can be drawn. The <br />applicant was agreeable to continuing the item for nix weeks. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and <br />carried, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />- 3 - <br />
