<br />~, <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, <br />the following resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 870 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D ~ V Builders, Inc., for an <br />amendment to Zoning Ordinance X520 to rezone from <br />an A (Agricultural) District to an RM-1500 (Multiple <br />Residential) District that property described as <br />Parcel 2 of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3265, <br />containing approximately 3.34 acres, or that parcel <br />commonly known as lying immediately north of the <br />B1 Rancho Motel on the west side of Santa Rita Road <br />(Public Hearing continued from February 12, 1969), <br />has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby continues said application until <br />the meeting of March 26, 1969. <br />b. BZ-69-6. Amador Valles Investors <br />Application to rezone from an R-1 (Single Family) District to a P.U.D. (Planned <br />Unit Development) District a portion of Parcels 2-6 and 6-2, Assessor's Map Book <br />No. 946, Block 1101, ea id properties containing approximately 11.0 acres (Public <br />Hearing continued from February 26, 196 9). <br />Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing. Planning Director Castro requested a <br />continuance, and since there were no objections from the audience, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Coam<iasioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and <br />carried, the following resolution was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 871 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Amador Valley Investors to rezone <br />from an R-1 (Single Family) District to a P.U.D. <br />(Planned Unit Development) District a portion of <br />Parcels 2-6 and 6-2, Assessor's Map Book No. 946, <br />Block 1101, said properties containing approximately <br />11.0 acres (Public Hearing continued from February 26, <br />1969), has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby continues this application until <br />the meeting of March 26, 1969. <br />c. Article 17 - Sizna <br />Resolution to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520 regarding the prohibiting of A-board <br />signs. <br />Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing. Mr. Castro requested a continuance as <br />the City Attorney, who was working out the details for this amendment, was not <br />present to submit his report. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and <br />carried, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, <br />the following resolution was adopted unanimously. <br />- 2 - <br />
