ROLL CALL <br />PRBSENT Commissioner Antonini <br />Cos®iseioner Arnold <br />Commissioner Carrigan <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Chairman Plato <br />Secretary Castro <br />ABSENT None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, <br />the minutes of the meeting of February 26, 1969, were approved ae submitted. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Additions as follows: <br />10a. Permit from Cal Rock and PCA to Alameda County Board of Supervisors to quarry in <br />that area lying southerly'of Pleasanton-Livermore Road, approximately three miles <br />east of Pleasanton (Stanley Boulevard). <br />13b. Discussion on Signs. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. BZ-69-2, D 6 V Builders. Inc. <br />Application to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520 to rezone from an A (Agricultural) <br />District to an RM-1500 (Multiple Residential) District that property described as <br />Parcel 2 of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3265, containing approximately 3.34 acres, <br />or that parcel commonly known as lying immediately north of the E1 Bancho Motel <br />on the west aide of Saate Rita Road (Public Hearing continued from February 12, <br />1969). <br />Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing, and Planning Director Castro requested <br />that this matter be continued because of the changes anticipated for the Coatanzo- <br />Wilson development, which will affect the status of this subdivision. <br />Mr. Dudley Frost, representing D 6 V Builders, Inc., was present and concurred with <br />the Planning Director's recommendation. <br />There being no further opposition from anyone in the audience, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />- 1 - <br />
